　　Meng Fanxu, male, Han nationality. He was born in Zhaodong City of Heilongjiang province on November 15th. 1963. He graduated from law department of Heilongjiang University in 1986 and was a holder of the bachelor’s degree. Mr. Meng, the first-class attorney, is the dean of Heilongjiang Meng Fanxu Lawyer’s Office, holds the post of Heilongjiang political consultative conference. He assumes the position in the association of industry and commerce, vice-chairman of Heilongjiang Lawyer’s Conference, the arbitrator of Harbin economic arbitration association, and a part-time professor in law department of college of humanities in HIT.
